I'm a country-raised, Chicago-based UX designer, brand developer, graphic artist, team leader, task juggler, miracle worker, and wearer of many hats. What began as an attempt to amuse myself as a kid with programming video games in Basic evolved into an appreciation for bridging the gap of communication between humans and computers. I love being surprised by our ability to learn, adapt and create increasingly complex systems.

I have a puggle named Zeke who is likely one of the most ridiculous looking dogs in the entire world. He serves as a reminder to me that, though some things may seem strange on the surface, spending time to learn more about them will reveal their true value.
